Make This Lovely Knitted Poncho With Matching Leg Warmers
A blast from the past – the poncho is on trend again. This adorable knitted poncho has a lovely rolled neck and has accompanying leg warmers.
The poncho is knitted in two pieces and then sewn together at the sides. The easiest way to knit the poncho, is to knit it from the neck down. By increasing on each side of the middle stitch, the point is automatically created.
The knitted poncho will fit most kids as the pattern comes in all sizes from 2 years right up until 12 years.
The leg warmers are knitted in a simple rib of K2, P2 and is knitted in a circle.
In fact, the pattern comes in both US (all measurements are in inches) and UK English (all measurements are in centimeters.)
