This lovely knitted lace shawlette is a ideal for gifting to someone special. Or you could, of course, just indulge yourself with a new accessory for your wardrobe.

This crescent shaped shawlette is perfect for those cool evenings. It has a lovely lacy edge, and it has been worked from the bottom up.

The pattern for the knitted lace shawlette is suitable for advanced beginners who would like to start knitting lace patterns. It is a quick yet light knitting project.

It is recommended that you use stitch markers for the lace part. Also, you should keep in mind that even though the a total of 307 stitches have been cast on, the lace is only worked over 305 stitches. There is one additional edge stitch on either side.

The finished knitted lace shawlette measures 50 inches between the tips of the shawlette. The depth is 12 inches. In metric, the shawlette is 125 cm between the tips and has a depth of 30 cm.
