Make These Cute Spotted Knit Noah’s Ark Elephants
These cute knit Noah’s ark elephants are named Ellie and Edie.
They are part of the Noah’s Ark knit-a-long from Sirdar. This is a series of fun knitted animal toys.
These knitted spotted elephants are lovely soft and squishy and can easily become any kid’s best friend.
The spots on the elephants are embroidered on. You could use the knit duplicate stitch for this.
We have a great video tutorial here: Knit Duplicate Stitch [A How To Tutorial].
Once finished, one of these squishy elephants should approx. 6.75 inches in height.
In metric measurements, a knitted elephant should be just over 17 cm high. The height is measured from the center back.
The pattern for these great cuddly elephants is rated as intermediate.

I think there is a mistake in the beginning of patterns. It says CO 30 then increase row with M1 adds up to 40 stitches not 44!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
