Young girls will love getting ready for bed with their doll. This cute knit doll robe and bunny slippers will go down well with any doll owner.

This an intermediate knitting pattern. The robe is worked from the neck downwards. The knitted piece is then divided at the underarms. The body and sleeves are worked separately down to the lower edge.

When it comes to knitting the cute little bunny slippers, they are worked in Garter stitch (knit every row) from the cuff down to the sole. The bunny ears are worked separately and then sewn onto the slippers.

To make this gorgeous outfit, you will need knitting needles in size 5 mm (US 8) to knit the slippers. For the rope you will need knitting needles in size 5.5 mm (US 9).

The yarn used is Red Heart Soft, and you will need one ball of Petal Pink. For the slippers you will also need some White, Turqua and Black. However, you can use any yarn you like to fit the gauge: 16 sts = 4 inches (10 cm); 24 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch (knit on right side, purl on wrong side).
