Make Use Of Your Stitch Skills And Make This Comfort Knitted Patch Blanket
This stunning comfort knitted patch blanket is the perfect throw to cuddle up under and read a good book or watch TV.
It is also the perfect throw to knit for someone who would like to try out 6 different pattern stitches and are fed up with knitting dishcloths.
Once completed, the knitted afghan should measure approx. 34.5 inches by 60 inches.
Do you prefer metric measurements? The finished throw should be about 88 cm by 154 cm.
The throw has been put together by joining 28 knitted squares that each are about 8.75 inches square (or 22 cm square).
One of the stitches used for the knitted squares is the English Rib Stitch.
Not familiar with knitting the English Rib Stitch? We have a great video tutorial that shows you how to knit this stitch.
You can find here: Knitted Fisherman Rib Stitch AKA English Rib [A How To Video Tutorial].
