Could you please give a UK weight of yarn to use with this pattern pls. eg DK or Aran

Thank you for contacting us. This is a matter of choice but just to clarify the DK yarn is thinner and so there is more length to it. Aran is thicker and heavier. I hope that helps.

Im having trouble, reading the pattern.
1st row
I work 1st row from cable panel A n B
Then the 2nd row I work the 2nd row of cable panel A n B
Then it says to cont but how do I know when all the other rows 3 to 8 from each cable panel of A n B go in.
