The designer responsible for these delightful little booties is Lady B over at Ink Stained Wife.

She has used the Saartje Booties as a basis for the knitting pattern and then added her own details to it.

The pattern is written for 2 different sizes: Newborn and 0 to 3 months.

These cute knitted booties with a bow will need some seaming. We suggest you consider using the mattress stitch for this.
