This is a quick and easy knitting project that is suitable for beginners to knitting.
The lovely knitted baby blanket consists of 9 blocks that are worked in the flat as one piece.
A garter stitch border surrounds the blocks which includes A, B, C, a duck, a sailboat, a heart, a star as well as two 4-square blocks.
Once completed, the ABC baby blanket should measure approx. 32.25 inches in width and 32 inches in height.
In metric measurements, the finished baby throw should be about 82 cm wide and 81 cm high.

1. On our post, scroll down to the bottom of the text and click on the highlighted link.
2. Once you do, you’ll be directed to the designer’s page which in this case is Knit Picks.
3. On the Knit Picks website, you’ll see the [DOWNLOAD FREE PATTERN] button on the right. Click on it.
4. Now depending on whether you’ve downloaded anything from their site recently or not, you’ll either see the pattern downloaded automatically to your browser (bottom-left corner), or you’ll see a prompt asking you to sign up. You are not required to sign up with the website to download the pattern. You will see the download pattern link at the bottom of the prompt, just below the image.
